- At Fat Cat Culinary we offer ServSafe® Food Safety Training and Certification for the foodservice industry. Administered by the National Restaurant Association Educational Foundation (NRAEF), ServSafe® is the most widely accepted food safety program among local, state and federal health departments. All training is available at your place of business and at your convenience! We have a 97% pass rate and more than 5 years experience teaching food safety to professionals from all aspects of the foodservice industry.
